The Balcony Town House is one of the larger buildings in the range.

The ground floor features a long room on one side and an open area accessible via several tall arches.

The first floor has two rooms on either side and a central reception area. The exterior balcony has plenty of space for miniatures.

The first floor has been designed to be reversible on the ground floor so that the balcony level can be position over the arches or over the stone effect wall with the five windows.

The base of the building has a footprint of approximately 258mm x 156mm and stands approximately 210mm tall.
