Tudor house 11 Tiny house

Description

This house came about by accident, I was working on another design that need a very small roof, that design to not get completed, but I liked the roof so made a house to go underneath the roof. Normally I start from the ground floor and work up. I then added a first floor, but this house works well with just the ground floor and the roof for a truly tiny house.

The base of the building has a footprint of approximately 106mm x 60mm and stands approximately 140mm tall.

This item comes flat packed with full instructions
